Allison and Ceara bring back a show format from 2024 called “Opinionated AF” where they play opinionated videos from TikTok and share whether they agree or disagree. As this is the already friends podcast, it’s only appropriate that we continue to do episodes on friendship. As we get older and have more responsibilities, friendship dynamics change a lot from high school and college. This adjustment can be harder for some people than others.

In the catch up segment, Ceara shares about wrapping up her work trip to the south of France, a sunrise swim in the clearest water she’s ever seen, and meeting new friends at a hostel in Lisbon. Allison is planning a trip back to Omaha to host a big sidewalk event at her store, have a staff party, and see loved ones.
